Lighting designers form a link between the architects, speaking the language of emotions and electrical design engineers, thinking in technical data, watts and ampers…etc. We continuously discuss our potential solutions with project participants, make recommendations, perform software based lighting calculations and make customised, lifelike renders. All these are essential for a complete picture!
PROCESS
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
A preliminary brainstorming session is held, based on the demands of the client. Spaces to be illuminated and the types of the related luminaires are defined.
DIALUX FALSE COLOUR RENDER
Illumination is modelled by means of a lighting software so that we can obtain an accurate picture on illumination values and evenness.
DIALUX VISUALISATION
The visualisation produced by Dialux is less sophisticated than 3D rendering. Its main goal is to illustrate lighting effects as accurate as possible.
DEVELOPING A 3D MODEL
The 3D model developed on the basis of the documentation will include interior design elements, furniture and luminaires as requested by the client.
3D CLAY RENDER
The model serving as a base for 3D visualisation already includes illumination effects, but not yet the texture of the interior elements.
3D VISUALISATION
A lifelike render that provides a realistic image of the entire space to be illuminated, in addition to illumination effects.
