The first facility in Páty Industrial Park was officially inaugurated on October 2017. The 23,000 sqm logistics centre was developed by Inpark and serves as a regional car parts distribution hub operated by logistics service provider Kühne + Nagel.The greenfield project was developed by the Hungarian state-owned industrial property group NIPÜF (National Industrial Park Management and Development Company), under the brand name Inpark. Construction began last November and the building was delivered in August. The building exceeds industry standards with its unique façade design and large glass surfaces. The two units of the facility offer different storage types: wide-aisle and narrow-aisle. This latter required the construction of a superflat floor. Light by BE LIGHT!
